With heavy hearts, we honor the life and legacy of Stan “Mr. T” Tangalakis, former CEO and Chairman of Mercury Medical. Stan was more than a visionary leader—he was a steward of values, a champion of innovation, and a mentor whose integrity and compassion shaped our culture and our industry.
Under his leadership, Mercury Medical grew with purpose, guided by a strong commitment to clinicians, patients, the community and the Mercury Medical family. His belief in people, faith, and doing the right thing left an enduring mark that will continue to guide us forward.
